Products that are manufactured by Sweet Candy Company do not contain gluten containing ingredients.
Sweet's Salt Water Taffy and Sweet's Sticks (orange, raspberry, cherry, cabernet, champagne, and port) contain no gluten, nor do they come into contact with products that may contain gluten.
However, Sweet Candy Company does repackage malt and licorice products, which contain wheat based ingredients. After wheat-containing products are packaged, the company's machines are cleaned before running other products to minimize cross-contamination. Since many of Sweet Candy Company products are packaged on shared equipment, there is a risk of cross-contamination. If your gluten allergy is severe, we suggest that you not consume our products.
